ServiceNow, Inc. (NYSE: NOW)

Action: Buy (2nd Recommendation)

Date: June 12, 2026

Buy Price: $102.15

Original Recommendation (May 13, 2026): READ

Update

Since we first recommended ServiceNow to the Dream Picks portfolio in mid-May at $87.05, the stock ran up nearly 50% in a matter of weeks — moving right along with the broader rally in high-quality SaaS names. That surge reflected growing excitement around its accelerating AI initiatives and strong enterprise adoption trends. However, the stock has since given back a meaningful portion of those gains and now sits at $102.15 amid sector rotation, macro rate sensitivity, and short-term profit-taking.

Importantly, the fundamental story has only strengthened. Q1 results showed subscription revenue up 22% year-over-year with robust net retention, multiple large deals, and Now Assist gaining meaningful traction. Management’s long-term vision of becoming the AI-driven platform for enterprise workflows remains firmly on track, reinforced by the Armis acquisition and continued platform expansion. The brief pullback has brought the stock back to a level where the original thesis — buying a durable compounder during periods of market doubt — looks even more compelling.

Bottom Line

We're issuing another Buy recommendation for ServiceNow, Inc. (NYSE: NOW) as a core long-term holding in the Dream Picks portfolio. Even at $102.15, which is higher than our original entry, we continue to view the company as undervalued relative to its durable moat, expanding AI opportunity, and exceptional execution. This remains one of the highest-quality businesses in enterprise software, and we will continue to buy more if the opportunity presents itself on further weakness
